The idea of vacation gets anyone excited, but especially as hard-working adults/parents, the idea of an “escape” almost feels impossible at times. For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of where I would like to vacation. Growing up, we didn’t have a lot of money, so we never had the luxury of being able to do so. As an almost 25 year old adult, I still have yet to travel very far or see much.
Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been in love with Australia. Everything about it has fascinated me – the animals, the ocean, the view, the people. I could go on and on about all that I love, and hope to one day explore. Honestly, I may not have the financial means to travel to Australia anytime soon, but it is something that is on my bucket list and I hope I can make happen someday. I, personally, believe that it’s good to keep an idea of things you’d like to do or have someday as a way to bring us hope and happiness of the endless possibilities for the future.
Other options would be the Bahamas, California (I’ve been, but would love to go back), Hawaii, Colorado, Greece, Cancun, Germany, and so much more. Traveling the world would be such a dream come true, literally, but I don’t see that being a reality for me. Not anytime soon, anyway, but we will see what happens.
Where would you like to travel? Where have you gone on vacation, and did you enjoy it? I’m interested in what else is out there, and to hear your experiences, as well.
Day 27 coming soon.
