Times are changing, and technology is always expanding. Due to that, our world is consumed, as I’m sure most of us can acknowledge. I’m guilty of this, as well. I have an unhealthy love for social media and my iPhone. With that said, here are some of my favorite apps:
There hasn’t been a time in my life where music wasn’t a huge part of who I am. I grew up on a wide variety of music, but I definitely have my favorites from each genre, as I’m sure we all do.
My taste in music changes with my moods, but I assume that’s pretty normal. I love country about 85% of the time, honestly, but I definitely change it up pretty often. When I’m in a hyped, happy mood, I love to listen to “today’s hits,” or rap/r&b. If I’m angry or sad, it’s usually rock. Music is just a huge part of who I am, and how I get through the day.
Everyone experiences moments of happiness, whether it comes from someone you love, something that you enjoy, or something else. Happiness is beautiful on everyone, and we should all seek out positive ways to feel immensely happy.
As with any emotion, happiness is temporary — it comes and goes. It is a remarkable feeling, and can do wonderful things for our physical and mental health.
